Transformation Management Office

Human Resources Business Partner
Collaborates with True North leadership on the people strategy for True North, including identifying high potential candidates from across the enterprise, developing career paths and transition strategies to build, develop and retain talent.  The True North HRBP provides direction, guidance and administrative support to managers and associates on HR policies/issues.  This role is meant to be a 1-yr rotation for a Generalist HRBP.

Director Program Management
Directs all project management-related resources and activities (including, but not limited to: project plan development, testing and QA approaches, contingency planning, and interdependency identification) in such a manner that ensures transparent visibility and minimizes risk across an enterprise-wide transformation program.  Partners with program and project leadership in reporting-out status, escalating issues and risks, and measuring opportunities and risks to changes in approach (e.g., accelerating versus decelerating and resourcing).

Communication & Engagement Analyst
Support enterprise-level strategy and standards relating to change management, communications and stakeholder engagement. This role supports, facilitates, and troubleshoots the implementation of communication and workforce engagement to support changes to process, technology, and organizational structures. Additionally, builds, maintains, and coordinates an integrated view of enterprise-level changes within the program office and across initiatives to plan and execute, highlighting interdependencies, risks, and people-related impacts.

Senior Workforce Enablement Analyst
Supports all change management-related resources and activities that prepares workforce and enables a smooth transition of work.  Partners with team in supporting project execution, reporting-out status, escalating issues and risks, and measuring opportunities and risks to changes in approach (e.g., accelerating versus decelerating and resourcing). Previous experience in management or analytical role with solid technical background and understanding or hands-on experience in change management and training, talent or curation of training.. Ability to coach and lead while navigating several projects at once.

Workforce Enablement Analyst
Assists with project management-related activities and partners across team in reporting-out status, project deliverables and drafting of new resources.  Identifies gaps in communication or training and minimizes impacts by acting quickly to resolve.  Serves as liaison to team in terms of navigating & communicating front line change and impacts.  Previous experience in management, consulting or analytical role with solid technical background and understanding or hands-on experience in change management and implementation of projects.


Lead Project Manager
Manages all project management-related resources and activities in such a manner that ensures transparent visibility and minimizes risk across a project. Regular activities of this role include, but are not limited to: project plan development, testing and QA approaches, contingency planning, and interdependency identification.  Partners with stakeholders in reporting-out status, escalating issues and risks, and measuring opportunities and risks to changes in approach (e.g., accelerating versus decelerating and resourcing). Previous experience in project management, consulting or analytical role with solid technical background and understanding of / or hands-on experience in deployment process changes supported by software and web technologies.

Project Manager

Manages all project management-related resources and activities in such a manner that ensures transparent visibility and minimizes risk across a project. Regular activities of this role include, but are not limited to: project plan development, testing and QA approaches, contingency planning, and interdependency identification.   Partners with stakeholders in reporting-out status, escalating issues and risks, and measuring opportunities and risks to changes in approach (e.g., accelerating versus decelerating and resourcing).

Senior Project Management Analyst

Previous experience in management, consulting or analytical role with solid technical background and understanding or hands-on experience in project management and implementation of projects.

Project Management Analyst
Assists with all project management-related activities in such a manner that ensures transparent visibility and minimizes risk across a project. These activities may include project plan development, testing and QA approaches, contingency planning, and interdependency identification. The Analyst partners with team in reporting-out status, escalating issues and risks, and measuring opportunities and risks to changes in approach (e.g., accelerating versus decelerating and resourcing). Previous experience in management, consulting or analytical role with solid technical background and understanding or hands-on experience in project management and implementation of projects.

Senior Manager of Valuation
Manages financial-related activities that provides transparency to the relative economic value across an enterprise-wide transformation program.  These activities may include value case development, budget management, and governance facilitation. Partners with stakeholders to develop recommendations and measure opportunities and risks. Solid technical and accounting background, with understanding or hands-on experience in developing financial models. Extensive use of software programs to process data and interpret results through critical thinking. Strong business acumen and the ability to contribute to value case assessment and project analytics.

Senior Analyst, Valuation
Utilizes enterprise-wide standard practices and governance to track and report on program initiatives. Gathers, analyzes, presents and communicates data while working to establish a common platform for governance, communication and project methodologies for common use across the enterprise.  Previous experience in management, consulting or analytical role.  Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in developing financial models.  Extensive use of software programs to process data and interpret results through critical thinking.   Strong business acumen and the ability to contribute to value case assessment and project analytics.


Workforce Management Project 

Workforce Management Program Manager
Leads the disciplined execution of the workforce management project. Serves as a leadership resource for effective project implementation; oversees the project work of others, both directly and indirectly; clearly articulates the resource needs of the project and works with others to obtain resource commitments; escalates issues when project timeline or scope are at risk. Displays a high degree of adaptability to work within a changing environment to accomplish project objective while building a culture and competency of project and change management success in the enterprise. Ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of direct experience managing large projects or change initiatives as a core job responsibility, preferably in a large, multi-divisional and multi-national environment. Evidence of successful transformation through disciplined change management. Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in deployment process changes supported by software and web technologies.

Senior HR Solutions Analyst, True North
Responsible for supporting the implementation of processes, tools and technology that optimize Delaware North’s Workforce Management processes, including timekeeping and payroll.  This individual demonstrates a strong service-oriented mindset and works effectively with other team members and partners with internal and external stakeholders to ensure complete solutions are delivered. Must have previous experience with HR processes, procedures or platforms or other business systems. Proactively seeks out and recommends process improvements. Flexibility in handling work flow in a multi-tasking environment and adjust to changing priorities. Understanding of timekeeping and payroll, including compliance. Strong technical/analytical skills to identify and solve problems. Experience with Kronos and PeopleSoft, or other workforce management, timekeeping and payroll solutions highly preferred.
