The opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Beer Hawkers to join our team at Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia.
As a Beer Hawker, you’ll be right in the heart of the action, delivering the ultimate fan experience by selling ice-cold beverages directly to cheering fans. This is a fast-paced role where your effort directly translates to your income through a combination of commissions and generous tips – the more you hustle and connect with fans, the more you earn!
We are seeking individuals with a strong sales drive and a natural inclination for selling and achieving targets. Top performers demonstrate enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, coupled with a competitive spirit and a desire to outperform others while earning top commissions.

Please note: This position is paid in commissions and tips. The minimum wage listed is paid if total commissions and tips do not meet minimum wage requirements. Hourly wage is not paid in addition to commission and tips.

What will you do?
- Sell beverages throughout Truist Park in the stands
- Actively engage with fans and promote beverage sales.
- Circulate among guests within the assigned section; call out and sell alcohol, beverage, or food products
- Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification, and adhere to company alcohol policies and procedures
- Collect payment from guests while following credit handling policies
- Conduct inventory reports at the end of each shift
More about you
- High energy, stamina, and a positive attitude.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to comfortably carry 50-75 lbs up and down stairs and navigate crowded areas for extended periods.
- A strong sales drive and a hunger to maximize your earnings!
- Basic math skills to accurately account for vendor sales
- The capacity to understand and follow directions as well as work cooperatively with others
- Ability to complete the required alcohol service training
- Must obtain the Cobb County Alcohol Permit before working
Physical requirements
- Ability to remain standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Will be required to work outdoors and in variable temperatures, depending on the season
