The opportunity
Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time Operations Coordinator to join our team at Yellowstone National Park in Bozeman, Montana. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing marketing materials, coordinating meetings, and handling expense reports and vendor setups. If you are detail-oriented and organized, we encourage you to apply and support the operational efforts in one of the world’s most iconic national parks.

$20.00 – $30.00 / hour

What will you do?
- Conduct regular OTA and channel audits, and manage expense reports and travel arrangements
- Organize and maintain the Marketing SharePoint site, including contact lists, SOPs, and vendor information
- Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, prepare agendas, and set up new vendors through the Finance Manager and Birchstreet
- Create and track purchase orders, process invoices, liaise with printing vendors, and coordinate design requests
- Support internal communications related to marketing efforts, coordinate media visits and FAM trips, order supplies and technology, and ensure consistent filing and usage rights documentation of creative assets
More about you
- Experience in researching, reporting, and using the internet
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including working knowledge of Excel
- Comfortable with technological advancements and willing to continuously develop skills and knowledge in this field
