Delaware North New Zealand is hiring a Supervisor Reservations – Groups to join our team at Pinewood Lodge in Queenstown. In this role, you’ll lead the end-to-end management of group bookings and ensure the Groups Reservations function runs efficiently, driving occupancy and revenue targets while delivering standout guest experiences.

Permanent Full-time – 30 hours per week
Remuneration: $35.00 per hour

What will you do?

Drive marketing and promotional activity to position Pinewood Lodge as a leading groups venue, including trade shows, conferences, online listings and digital collateral
Grow group business pipelines through proactive client engagement, relationship management with agents, and collaboration with internal marketing teams
Deliver strong commercial results by meeting ADR and occupancy targets, providing accurate forecasting, reporting and GM updates
Manage end-to-end group reservations operations, including system accuracy, rooming lists, privacy compliance and seamless guest experiences from enquiry to post-stay
Own group booking financial processes, ensuring timely invoicing, deposits, reconciliations and effective coordination with internal teams and external partners

More about you

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience (for NZ) marketing and securing new business opportunities, setting sales action plans and monitoring performance
Diploma / Degree in Tourism Management (preferred)
Demonstrated experience in marketing and securing new business opportunities,
Developing sales action plans, and monitoring performance
Experience managing incoming groups in an accommodation venue (highly regarded)
Proven capability influencing and managing external stakeholders and client relationships
Technical knowledge or experience with the Opera Reservation System (highly regarded)
