Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time Porter to join the team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort. As a Porter, you will be the first point of contact for all guests arriving at the hotel. This role is key to ensuring a personalised guest experience throughout their stay. We are looking for people who can provide exceptional service, assist guests with their needs, and maintain the highest standards.

What will you do?
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Assist with luggage handling, storage and delivery
- Guide guests to their rooms, explaining amenities and services
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
- Recommend dining, entertainment, shopping, tours and sightseeing options
- Assist with valet parking, organising airport transfers and taxis
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of lobby, entrance, and baggage areas
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
More about you
- Exceptional customer service skills
- 6 months of experience as a Porter or in a similar role
- Experience in a 5-star hotel environment
- Knowledge of Foxtel entertainment system desirable
- Valid Manual NT Full C-Class Driver’s license is essential
- Commercial passenger vehicle licence (H endorsement) or willingness to obtain if successful
- Ability to work across a 7-day roster including evenings/nights, weekends and public holidays
