The opportunity
Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring seasonal Floor Supervisors to join our team at Yellowstone General Stores in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming for our 2025 season. As a Retail Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and training retail team members and working to maintain retail standards, policies, and procedures.

What will you do?
- Open and close retail locations as directed by management
- Assist retail management with the daily cash procedures and operations
- Monitor store floor, assist with guest needs, and ensure integrity of physical inventory and par levels
- Regularly evaluate, create, and maintain professional visual displays
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the retail shops
- Assists guests and team members, escalating concerns or questions to supervisor or manager as needed
- Assisting guest by operating POS or assisting with Self Check Out Assist with check-in and check-out process to include documentation, assign dorm rooms, and coordinate required maintenance and repair for new arrivals.

More about you
- Previous cash handling experience required
- Ability to deescalated guest and team member complaints or concerns and redirect to management
- Previous experience working with point-of-sale system required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred
Physical requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Constant standing, lifting, climbing stairs, and repetitive motions
- Bending, reaching, and climbing on ladders
