Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring part-time Room Service Servers to join our team at Tenaya Lodge At Yosemite in Fish Camp, California. As a Room Service Server, you will deliver food and beverage items to guests and play an important role in enhancing their experience.

$16.50 – $16.50 / hour

What will you do?
- Answer room service phones and take orders from guests; accurately enter orders into point-of-sale system
- Deliver orders to guests at their room, spa, or pool in a timely manner; serve alcoholic beverages responsibly by adhering to all alcohol service policies
- Connect with guests after their order has been delivered to ensure it met their satisfaction
- Monitor and clear the room hallway for used dishes; ensure all equipment and workspaces are clean, sanitized, organized, and working properly
- Perform opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties
More about you
- At least one year of experience as a server in a high-volume environment
- Experience in cash handling and credit card processing preferred
- Previous experience with a point-of-sale system in a service or hospitality environment preferred
- No high school diploma or GED required
Physical requirements
- Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
- Ability to lift, balance, and move up to 35 pounds
