As the Director of Procure to Pay Solutions, you will be responsible for leading the execution of projects and maintenance that impact the company’s administered procure-to-pay solution. Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $104,100 – $140,500 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
- Defines and delivers the P2P enterprise data management framework and ensures compliance across the organization.
- Engages with internal and external customers to guide strategy and execution of data master controls.
- Develops and implements a framework and oversees data system management, data reporting and analyses and data collection.
- Determines data needed to be collected and the appropriate data resources for BirchStreet and indirect spend initiatives
- Formulates, implements, and enforces proper data collection policies and procedures
- Establishes data quality standards and works to ensure standards are met
- Continually evaluates systems/process to improve operations and data
- Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual data reports for distribution
- Presents data at conferences and meetings where needed
- Shares data with other departments/stakeholders, as needed
- Transmits or shares data with appropriate internal/external parties
- Integrates data with other corporate data, as needed/approved
- Consults with staff on data coding problems and assists in developing means to correct the problems
- Assists users with set-up, testing, and implementation of data collection
- Troubleshoots data submission errors and data error issues
- Ensures that all vendor updates are properly installed and rolled out
- Performs and documents procedures for data preparation including data cleaning, standardization and analysis
- Assists the company’s category management team and operating units in: the evaluation of data, spotting trends, and, using data to make more informed/better decisions.
More about you
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of systems administration experience and business experience in procure to pay as a systems administrator
- Highly skilled in the use of spreadsheets, databases, and supply chain or procurement software preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Saba LMS, and web training content authoring tools
- Hands on P2P system experience
- Familiarity with ETL and other data management tools is preferred.
- Expertise in implementing effective change management, production support and service operations.
- Demonstrated ability to fosters relationships with other departments, users and stakeholders that have an interest in BirchStreet/direct and indirect spend data
