Delaware North Australia is seeking passionate, skilled, and motivated chefs to join us in two full-time positions: Chef de Partie and Demi Chef. As a global leader in hospitality and food service, Delaware North are excited to grow our Adelaide Airport culinary team. Whether you’re ready to step into a leadership role or looking to grow your skills in a dynamic kitchen environment, we want to hear from you.
You’ll be part of our fast-paced and high-volume operation, primarily working across Coopers Alehouse and our Production Kitchen, delivering exceptional food and service to to thousands of travellers every day.

What will you do?

Prepare, cook, and present high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Ensure all dishes meet presentation and quality standards

Uphold kitchen hygiene, food safety, WHS and HACCP compliance
-
Assist with daily prep, stock rotation, and equipment maintenance
-
Work collaboratively within a team to ensure efficient service during peak periods

Support a clean, organised and safe working environment
-
Flexibly work across a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
Chef de Partie – Elevated Responsibilities

Act as second-in-charge to the Head Chef
-
Provide supervision and support across all back-of-house departments
-
Manage ordering, stock control, and kitchen administration
-
Lead sections during service and assist with training junior kitchen staff
More about you
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (mandatory)
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced kitchens
- Proven ability to work within WHS and HACCP guidelines
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to lead or support a team under pressure
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays
- Experience with ordering, stock control, and kitchen admin (Chef de Partie)
Competitive remuneration on offer
- Chef de Partie: $73,210 + superannuation
- Demi Chef: $71,312 + superannuation
