What will you do?
- Lead the hourly team in their daily duties, maintaining a safe and clean environment
- Assist managers with highlighting areas of operational improvement, managing staffing levels in line with budget goals and business needs, as well as the training, development, and counselling of team members
- Ensure appropriate stock of all required products and supplies
- Greet guests positively, treating everyone as an individual in a professional manner
- Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence
