So, what is it like to work at Lambeau Field and Titletown with Delaware North?
Where game day energy meets hospitality
Few workplaces can match the atmosphere of Lambeau Field on a Packers game day. Hours before kickoff, fans fill parking lots, traditions come to life, and anticipation builds throughout the stadium. Eric, General Manager, shared, “on game day it’s just electric… people are in the parking lot, you can smell the brats cooking, the party’s getting lively, and the Packers are about to come out and make this place rock.” Kathleen, Bartender, said: “what’s not special about Lambeau? It is just magical.”
Hospitality at scale Where the action never stops
While game days are a major part of the operation, the work doesn’t stop when the NFL season ends. Delaware North supports a variety of dining experiences in Green Bay throughout the year, including restaurants and cafes. Eric explains “we manage about 1,200 catering events a year through the Packers events department, as well as restaurants and other vendors located within Titletown, the mixed-use development adjacent to Lambeau Field.”
A team that works together
Team members consistently point to the people as one of the best parts of working at Lambeau Field and Titletown. New team members are welcomed into a friendly environment where coworkers support one another and step in wherever needed to help deliver great guest experiences. This support shows in daily operations, where teamwork plays a key role in the success of every event. Fabian, Executive Sous Chef, explained, “it’s very team oriented… we can all slide in and help where it’s needed.”
Opportunities to grow
The variety of job opportunities available at Lambeau Field and Titletown allow team members to challenge themselves, learn new skills, and contribute in meaningful ways. Team members describe leaders who encourage creativity and trust their team to take ownership of their work while maintaining high standards. “They really want us to put out the best high-quality product we can and they allow us to be creative and have that freedom,” shared, Fabian. Brenna, Catering Supervisor, credited her managers for empowering team members and said that: “it’s something special… not a lot of places have [that].”
Creating career milestones
For many team members, some of their proudest achievements have happened while working at Lambeau Field. Mike, Vendor, highlighted celebrating more than 50 years with Delaware North, and how he received recognition for his long-standing contributions at Lambeau Field: “that’s got to be my proud moment with Delaware North, achieving 50 years.” Robert, Catering Operations Supervisor, reflected on helping with the 2025 NFL Draft, “we hosted 28 catered events and 4,000 guests across 10 event spaces. Just being able to say that I was a part of that really means something to me, and I’ll carry it with me forever.”
