Eric, General Manager: Obviously on game day it’s just electric. You know, people are in the parking lot, you can already smell the brats cooking, the party’s getting live, and the Packers are about to come out and make this place rock.

Kathleen, Bartender: What’s not special about Lambeau? It’s – Lambeau is just magical. I kind of feel like the players as I step on the ground, I’m just like I’m good to go.

Mike, Vendor: Well, being such a unique and iconic stadium, the culture is very special here. We have a great group of people to work with, other vendors.

Eric, General Manager: We oversee three everyday restaurants, cafes, and businesses. We manage about 1,200 catering events a year through the Packers events department. Titletown is a mixed use development right on the west side of Lambeau Field, where Delaware North operates a number of restaurants, a bunch of beer portables, and vendors, making sure a game day’s experience is incredible.

Adam, Restaurant Supervisor: I’d say it’s very friendly. It feels like a family and everyone’s welcoming, especially to the new people. We really just want to make sure they feel comfortable.

Fabian, Executive Sous Chef: It’s very, very team oriented. It’s one of those teams where we can all slide in and help where’s needed.

Brenna, Catering Supervisor: Everybody is so close-knit, everybody knows exactly what they’re supposed to be doing, when they’re supposed to be doing it, and they make the customers happy.

Tim, Concessions Supervisor: My crew is absolutely great to work with, and you work on making every experience better game after game after game. And it’s just a super group of people.

Brenna, Catering Supervisor: My management team is something so special that not a lot of places have. Truly some of the most amazing managers that I’ve ever had and they’re just so great. They’re almost like family to me.

Fabian, Executive Sous Chef: They really want us to put out the best high quality product we can, and they really allow us to be creative and have that freedom.

Robert, Catering Operations Supervisor: So, my Delaware North proud moment is definitely going to have to be being a part of the 2025 NFL draft. We hosted 28 catered events, 4,000 guests across 10 event spaces. So, just being able to say that I was a part of that really means something to me, and I’ll be able to carry that with me forever.

Adam, Restaurant Supervisor: Being a football fan, that’s kind of like my Christmas when it comes to the NFL season. Helping work that event is something that I was grateful for.

Mike, Vendor: As this is my 54th season at Lambeau Field, a couple years ago, Delaware North recognized me with a plaque and a little ceremony. That’s got to be my proud moment at Delaware North for achieving 50 years.

Zac, Executive Chef: You know, I’ve gotten to see numerous stadiums, cities, eat at places I normally wouldn’t have. It’s just all because of this company.

Fabian, Executive Sous Chef: If you’re looking to kind of push yourself and challenge yourself and also have fun at the same time, then this is one of the perfect places to work for.
