We’re seeking applicants for our industry-leading Culinary & Hospitality Excellence for Future Success (CHEFS™) program. Created in partnership with the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), this exciting program develops the talent and career progression for new and current culinary Delaware North team members – who we call “Emerging Culinarians”. If you’re a talented Cook or Chef then we’d like to hear from you, apply today!
You will have a dedicated Executive Chef mentor to guide you through hands-on training and help with coursework. During the CHEFS program, you will complete the ProChef I certification through online coursework with our partner, the CIA. You will experience working in a range of Delaware North venues while your Chef mentor supports your continued learning and development.
