The Jim Houser Pinnacle Leadership Academy

  • Pinnacle 1 – Five to Thrive: helps you enhance your fundamental skillset as a frontline leader. You’ll learn to engage, build trust, and communicate effectively with your team to accomplish your leadership goals.
  • Pinnacle 2 – Leading for High Performance: A 9-month program designed to enhance the skills of leaders with managerial direct reports. This program includes a comprehensive capstone presentation at the conclusion of the program. Travel is required for this program.
  • Yes, to Success: this course helps you develop your fundamental skillset as a frontline leader. The course introduces leadership core competencies and behaviors while teaching you how to achieve high performance and continuously delight your team and our guests.

Culinary & Hospitality Excellence for Future Success (CHEFS )

  • CHEFS is a specialized professional development program aimed to establish a standard of culinary excellence across Delaware North. It is designed to enable current Executive Chefs to be certified as Mentors, who develop culinary strength for the company.

Over the years, GreenPath has saved millions of gallons of water, diverted thousands of solid waste from landfill, and positively contributed to the communities where we operate globally.
