How to Apply as an Internal

Step 1: Find a Job You're Interested In
Search this careers site to find your new opportunity. When you find a job to apply to, click the Delaware North Associates Apply button.

Step 2: Log in to iCIMS through Okta
You will now login to Okta to access iCIMS. Your username is your employee ID or your Delaware North computer username. If you don't know your employee ID, ask your manager for assistance.

If you've forgotten your password, click the "Need help signing in?" link and then click "Forgot password". However, if you still experience sign-in issues contact the Delaware North IT Service Desk.

Step 3: Click Apply to this Job
You should now see the job description for the job you're interested in. Click the  Apply to this job button.

Step 4: Review Your Information
Review your personal information. If you need to update your email address, you can do so by logging into PeopleManger through Okta (instructions below). Click Update Profile when you're finished.

Step 5: Complete Your Application
Answer any job-specific questions and click submit to complete your application. You've now successfully applied to the position as an internal candidate!

Step 6: Set up Job Alerts
If you are interested in getting alerts for new opportunities, return to your dashboard to set up job alerts. You can run any search and then at the bottom of the search screen name the alert and click save to set it up.

Tip! There may be times when jobs are only posted internally and not externally, so we encourage you to explore beyond the jobs you see posted externally. 

How to Change Your Email Address

Step 1: Log in to Okta
Go to the Okta sign-in. Your username should match your Delaware North computer login username. If you've forgotten your password, use the 'Forgot password' link at the bottom of the sign-in page to generate a new one. However, if you are experiencing sign-in issues please contact the Delaware North IT Service Desk.

Step 2: Log in to PeopleManager
Once you've logged in to Okta, select the PeopleManager tile.

Step 3: Update your email address
Navigate to the personal information summary following the steps below:
  1. Main menu
  2. Self-Service
  3. Personal Information
  4. Personal Information Summary

Change any information including your email address as needed.
