As a Senior Human Resource Partner – Operations, you will be responsible for providing professional HR/ER advice to operational teams. What will you do?

Act as the primary HR/ER advisor for leaders, providing guidance on performance issues, disciplinary actions, investigations, terminations, restructures, and contract matters
Lead complex workplace investigations and manage high-risk ER/IR cases
Manage team member and industrial relations matters
Support the creation and implementation of HR/ER policies, processes, and initiatives
Assist in executing enterprise and local HR/ER and business strategies
Deliver HR/ER projects and support engagement initiatives
Provide professional and accurate HR/ER advice

More about you

Experience in human resources and employee relations within a fast-paced environment
Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation, modern awards, Fair Work Act, and tribunal processes
Strong commercial acumen with ability to balance fairness, legal compliance, and business outcomes
Strategic thinker with high emotional intelligence
Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field (or equivalent) preferred
